Shipping

When will I receive my order?
Re-fè is made on demand with 3D printing, and this requires order processing times ranging from 2 to 3 business days, after which we proceed to shipping.

Shipments are made in Italy and some European countries. Delivery times and costs for shipments vary according to the type, and below we report an estimate:

  • Shipping Italy €6.00 Standard: 3-4 working days. Carried out with Posteitaliane Crono Standard.
  • Shipping Europe €12.00: 4-6 working days.

Causes of delay due to holidays or third parties.

Handling and delivery times may vary due to third-party causes not attributable to Re-fè. We will notify you in advance if any expected delay episodes occur.

During the holiday and Christmas seasons, we experience delays throughout our supply chain, including couriers. It is difficult to predict delivery times. Keep an eye on our production times and add extra time for shipping.

Where will my order be shipped from?
The order is shipped from Italy.

Will I have to pay customs duties?
A customs fee may apply to international orders. However, taxes are not under our control and vary for each country, so check with your local customs office directly to see if they charge duties and taxes.

My order should have arrived, but it is late. What should I do?
Before you get in touch with us, check the following:

  • check your shipment confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address;
  • check with your local post office;
  • Check with your neighbors to see if the package was left with one of them.
    If the address was correct and the courier did not leave the package at a post office or a neighbor, contact us at team@re-fe.com indicating the order number. If you find an error in the delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but it will be at your expense.

How are the products made?
Products are designed and made on-demand with 3D printing by us in Italy.

How can I track my package?
You will receive a tracking link for your package when your order ships. If you have any questions about this or shipping, please contact us at team@re-fe.com

Defective/damaged item
Re-fè is a handcrafted product composed of two 3D printed components, and as such, may have aesthetic imperfections that are not considered product defects or damage.

We are truly sorry if the product you ordered has arrived functionally damaged or with a broken glass jar. In this case, please verify your order upon receipt and inform us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item so that we can analyze the problem and provide an answer.

To help you solve the problem quickly, write us at team@re-fe.com as soon as possible, attaching photos and/or videos of the product, your order number, and any other details that may be useful to us. We will reply as soon as possible to find a solution!

Returns

Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, clean, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for returning and shipping costs for the item to get back to us. To begin the return process, you can contact us at team@re-fe.com. If your return is accepted, we will notify you where to send your package. Items sent to us without advance notice of return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We offer refunds only for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged product,t contact us at team@re-fe.com attaching photos and/or video.

Exceptions / not returned items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on numbered items, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item Exchanges are not possible if the item in question is out of stock.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and make your refund visible.
