What is CinCir?

An informal event in a bar, venue or restaurant, where sustainability is easy to learn and turns into real relationships.

  • Circular economy in a nutshell: a short introduction so everyone shares the basics.
  • Two 15-minute talks by start-ups, companies and organizations working on fashion, food waste, eco-design and the environment, with questions from the audience.
  • Aperitif and networking: when new ideas and collaborations are born, sponsors included.

The name comes from the Italian toast "cin cin": every evening ends with a toast to a more circular future.

Offer your space for free: a bar, a restaurant, a company room, a coworking space, a park or a garden. We need it for about 5 hours including set-up; the event lasts 2 hours.

You'll need a projector or large screen, an accessible space and venue staff on site. If you serve food and drinks, we can discuss covering the costs.

A CinCir evening at BLOOM in Treviso

From the first stop in Treviso to the next cities

We held four pilot evenings at BLOOM in Treviso between December 2022 and January 2023: 150 attendees, even though places were limited to 40 per evening, and 8 speakers including founders, CEOs and managers of Too Good To Go, Alisea, Slowear and other organizations.

Now we want to bring CinCir to Venice, Padua, Milan and Turin, giving space to local speakers, sponsors and companies: a distributed model that supports the local economy and reduces the environmental impact of travel.
